Race Details:
This is a free event hosted by First Health Associates family medical center. Check-in will be at 9:45am at First Health’s Fitness Academy located in the Continental Athletic Club. All participants will receive a bib number and a wave start time. Participants will climb 12 flights of stairs and take elevators back down until they complete 4, 10, or 20 rounds. Results will be posted at the event, and on www.FirstHealthAssociates.com
